1-1. Why can’t I login?


After paired GoTrust ID app, please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your computer and phone.




1-2. Why can’t my computer find my phone?


Please make sure the Bluetooth and GoTrust ID APP are turned on for your phone.

Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your computer and phone.




1-4. My phone doesn’t have fingerprint function, can I enable Trust mode?


Yes, you can user Screen Lock Type on your phone.




1-5. Where do I switch to Trust mode?


You can open GoTrust ID APP on your phone and switch Fast mode to Trust mode on GoTrust ID mobile application.




1-6. If change a new phone, what should I do?


You can logout from old phone, remove the pairing from the application, and login your account from new phone, and start a new paring with your computer.




1-7. Why can’t I pair my phone with GoTrust ID in computer?


Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on for your computer and phone.




1-8. Why can’t I install GoTrust ID in computer?


Please check computer version, Windows 10 is RS3 or above.




1-9. Why can’t I install GoTrust ID in my phone?


Please check your phone version, Android is 6.0 or above, iOS is 10.0 or above.




1-10. How is GoTrust ID different that Windows Dynamic Lock feature? Does GoTrust ID also lock the computer or just unlock?


The Dynamic Lock feature can lock your computer when your phone is out of Bluetooth range, and GoTrust ID can unlock your computer with Fast mode or Trust mode.
